What motivated you to choose the Executive Diploma in Diplomacy, Negotiation, and Policy, considering your extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry?
I am driven by a profound curiosity about discovering new trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of healthcare and life sciences.
I have been exploring executive education for a while, looking for a way to expand my horizons, stimulate thinking, diversify my knowledge, and enrich my connections. So here I am, taking the DNP Executive Diploma as the best fit.
What are the most valuable takeaways from the programme that have enriched your professional and personal growth?
The programme is absolutely outstanding and well-balanced in topics, insights, practices, and exchanges. Let me mention just a few of those.
I have realised how valuable insights are on the interconnection of global health challenges, the importance of healthcare ecosystem collaborative efforts in addressing resource distribution and healthcare accessibility, and the critical role of AI in fostering innovations and improving patient outcomes and experiences.
It was revealing to learn about policy-making and how to influence various stakeholders, which is essential for effective governance and regulations.
Strategic foresight for anticipating future trends and challenges, including responses and innovative solutions, was a completely mind-blowing experience.
Diplomacy, communication, and negotiations are other instrumental and notable areas where I gained many lessons, ideas, and practices as a leader, business partner, representative, and negotiator.
How have you applied the skills and insights gained from the programme, and how do you see it benefiting your day-to-day work?
I will continue to explore the art of the possible, strive to influence policy-making as a policy entrepreneur and master the craft of building bridges despite adversity in negotiations.
Emerging technologies like AI are another area of interest for me, and I am curious to follow up on opportunities for learning, exchange, and impact.
